Photographer, Tim Keeton, founded Leicester based Impact Images Photography in 2009, specialising in motorsport, sport, commercial, press and PR, launches and tests, providing the highest quality images to editorial, corporate and commercial clients. Award winning photographer, Tim Keeton, has over twenty-five years’ experience as a professional photographer and has worked for some of the UK’s most prestigious photographic agencies, national newspapers and magazines. He is used to working to clients' specific briefs, under pressure and to tight deadlines without any compromise to the quality of the final images.
Over the years Tim has covered all forms of motorsport including Formula 1, World Rally Championship, British Touring Cars, the GT Championship, MotoGP, World Superbikes (SBK), British Superbikes (BSB), Isle of Man TT and Motocross. Latterly, Tim has specialised in bike sport, covering the British Superbike Championship, working for teams such as SWAN Yamaha. In 2007 Tim’s coverage of the Isle of Man centenary races was published in two of the commemorative books. In 2017 his dramatic shot of James Hillier was chosen for the cover of the Isle of Man 2018 TT Calendar.
Tim has covered most forms of sport including football, cricket, rugby, tennis, athletics, cycling, badminton, gymnastics, horse racing, 3-day eventing and hockey. Tim was the official club photographer for Leicester City FC for 14 seasons between 1993 and 2007. He has also covered soccer at Premiership and International level, both domestically and in Europe. Tim has covered the Rugby World Cup and the World Cup Sevens as well as International and domestic rugby. He has cricket experience at both county and test level.

With portraiture, Tim Keeton, believes that you need to be not only comfortable with your photographer, but also with your surroundings to enjoy the experience of having your picture taken. Tim’s awards include the 1989 UK Press Gazette Sports Action picture award, in 1997 he was a finalist in the Tanglefoot Sporting Tangles Award, in January 2010 and April 2011 he won the Calumet ‘Picture of the Week’ and in 2004 Tim won the prestigious FIM Centenary Photo Contest, celebrating 100 years of motorbike sport, with his Haga Fireball image, which was also the inspiration for the name of the business.
